Chicken Liver Toast / Pâté Toast is a simple yet tasty snack or starter item in Goan cuisine. Made with chicken liver in the most simpliest way with delicate flavours. Often a preferred choice in the snack plater for most of the big occasions like wedding etc..

Lets get started in making this delicate Pâté Toast 👍

Ingredients needed in making the pâté toast :-

chicken liver, I took around 125gms
salt 1/4tspn
pepper powder 1/4 tspn
butter 3 tblspnsn
olive oil 1 tblspn
shallot 1 or onion 1/2
garlic 3 cloves
bayleaf 1
water 1/4 cup
salt if needed

For Toast:-
bread slices
cut in equal squares
oil for frying
