Looking to make tender, juicy beef ribs with incredible bark on your pellet smoker? In this video, I’m showing step-by-step how to smoke beef ribs using a Pit Boss pellet smoker with a blend of oak, maple, and hickory pellets.

I picked up a rack of beef ribs for just $8 from ‪@sobeys‬ and used a simple but flavorful combo:

‪@coldstreamclear‬ peach iced tea to relax and for a splash of flavor

Big Cove Foods and cold stream clear BBQ Spice Blend for seasoning

Beef tallow to keep everything rich and juicy

The ribs were smoked low and slow for 6–7 hours until they hit an internal temp of 195°F, then wrapped in butcher paper with tallow and left to rest until perfect. The result? Smoky, fall-apart tender beef ribs with a beautiful bark.

Since these were smaller ribs, I shredded the meat at the end — which makes it perfect for so many dishes:
🌮 Beef rib tacos with fresh toppings
🍟 BBQ beef rib poutine loaded with cheese curds and gravy
🥪 A juicy pulled beef rib sandwich on a fresh bun

👉 Wood: Oak, Maple, Hickory blend
