This video shows Claystone and the nearby beach and picnic areas all within a 10 minute walk from the campground. The campground is 10 minutes from I-475 on the edge of Macon, GA yet offers a peaceful campground and a beautiful recreation area for all ages. During peak times the campground can book up quickly especially during weekends. So check on availability if you plan to pass through.
