Short clip of a patch of slime mold (maybe Physarum polycephalum, but that's a wild-ass guess). I wanted to see if it moved or grew over time, but mostly it just rose and fell. Looks almost like it's breathing in and out. I think this behavior is called "shuttle streaming".

What's interesting about slime molds is that they usually live as single, microscopic cells, but they will aggregate into a visible structure sometimes to reproduce or look for food.
