Kathak is one of the eight major forms of Indian classical dance. The origin of Kathak is traditionally attributed to the traveling bards of ancient northern India known as Kathakars or storytellers.

Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs of GOA organized the 15th State Youth Festival from 30th Nov to 1st December 2016. Lot of colleges were invited to participate and showed their affection towards the love of Goa.
