A bit late for the vid, but hopefully this'll still help people who are interested in being efficient as a Shai.

I personally don't like blowing expensive consumables here so didn't bother to use Furniture here.
Since Shai's BSR buff isn't an AP buff, you'll need a lot more gear and consumables to rack up the missing AP in order to do perfect leg pushes consistently.
At 1077+18 Atk you can expect about ~70% success rate on smashing Seculion legs without E-buffing. If you don't mind blowing furniture buffs for more AP here you'll very likely be as performing as most other top classes.

The leg combo I use is as follow :
(Pre BSR, Shift+LMB and W+F, very important)
[/] RMB x1 [/] (This RMB is for the crit add-ons, skip if you are also able to pre-apply) → S+LMB → S+RMB → Shift+RMB → [/] RMB x2 [/] → S+LMB → [/] RMB x1 [/] → Shift+RMB [/] → S+RMB → [/] RMB-Q ....
*[/] denotes where you need animation-cancels.

Mob-AP required to reliably smash Seculion Legs before an attack happens :
(Exclude +18 all-species Dmg and E-buff +30AP)
With E-buff - ~1055+
Without E-buff - ~1085+
Without BSR - ...forget about it

遲來的高原莎亦影片

個人不喜歡在高原用太昂貴的消耗品(平常只會用蠶瘋+精靈)。但如果你不介意連家具也吃下去會更能穩定秒腳。
莎亦的黑精靈憤怒由於並非直接增加攻擊力而是給暴率，在這種能夠百分百保證有百怒的場合其實是很吃虧的存在。要拉近本職業與其他職業在高原的差距就要以裝備和消耗品大量堆攻擊力來彌補。
在總怪傷1077+18種傷情況下，無閃耀光波的場合約 70% 能無踩斷腳。家具如再 +15AP 就能更穩定秒腳貼近其他職業水平。

(須預先上憤怒，吃我這招! 和 咕嚕嚕 增益)
[/] 右鍵1下 [/] (這個右鍵是用來上暴率特化, 前面有剩怪能上可跳) → 三!蹦蹦跳跳 → 二!快一點 → 三!轉轉轉 → [/] 右鍵2下 [/] → 三!蹦蹦跳跳 → [/] 右鍵1下 [/] → 三!轉轉轉 [/] → 二!快一點 → [/] 右鍵-走啊! ....

穩定無踩斷腳的所需總怪傷 :
