summer is officially here and with that comes a bunch of fashion trends from moto boots, sheer lace, tutu skirts, indie sleaze, boxers, ballet flats, stealth wealth, peplums, etc...and I figured we could go through and I'd tier rank some of these summer 2023 trends (I've literally always wanted to make a tier ranking video I LOVE judging any and everything, it's my passion) obviously these are just MY opinions and this video is for fun!
