Idan Tendler - Chairman & Founder, Anu Banu | Venture Partner, Vine Ventures
Idan is a senior tech executive and a serial cybersecurity entrepreneur. Idan began his entrepreneurial journey as the co-founder and CEO of Fortscale, a pioneer in user behavior analytics for security, which was acquired by RSA Security in 2018. He then co-founded and led Bridgecrew, a pioneer in security solutions for developers, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2021. Following the acquisition, he served as SVP and founding head of the Application Security business unit at Palo Alto Networks, helping build one of the company’s fastest-growing platforms. As a social entrepreneur, Idan has founded several non-profit organizations. He is the Founder and Chairman of Anu Banu, a platform mobilizing the Israeli tech community for social action and impact. As part of that he founded and serves as the Chairman of Place-IL, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to expanding opportunities in Israeli tech. Idan also co-founded Ir Medina, a nonprofit that leverages the Israeli tech industry to equip local municipalities in the country’s periphery with leadership skills, technological capabilities, and strategic support to better serve their citizens.
