My Top 5 things to Quit immediately to find freedom from anxiety, depression, dyfunctional eating and drinking, and never feeling 'enough' or 'worthy'.


1. Quit beliving in perfectionism
2. Quit all or nothing, black or white thinking
3. Quit Comparrison to others
4. Quit believing thoughts are facts
5. Quit equating size, shape, weight, money or material belongings with status.


Make you list of 10 things you CAN quit to help you feel better, then pick ONE you can do today, the do it!
