#shorts CBSE Latest Update Today on Boards Cancellation. PIL was filed in the SC asking for CBSE Class 12 exams to be cancelled. The matter was delayed due to vacation of the court, and would now be heard by special vacation bench. Ministry of Education has not yet announced its decision on the CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021. Though the PIL was filed a few weeks back, due to the vacation and non-availability of CJI, the matter was pending. However, after requests from senior lawyers, the Chief Justice of India has set up three benches to attend to the applications filed under urgency. The matter for cancellation of CBSE 12th Board Exams 2021, being among them, has been listed for May 28, 2021 – tomorrow. Students may please note that the application or PIL has only been filed as yet. The special bench of the Supreme Court of India would assess the request and the various applications. In case the PIL is accepted, it is most likely the CBSE would defer its announcement for the pending Class 12 board examinations. At this point, however, it is all conjecture. #cbse #news
