Do you feel Music helps balance your Mental Health?

Myself and Barbara-Anne Lewin (OnTrax Producer) asked this question at this year's Mucky Weekender Festival. We also dived deeper into the work of Tonic Music for Mental Health a charity that is, very much, part of Mucky Weekender's fabric.

The aim of Tonic is to facilitate Mental Health Support for festival goers, crew and artists alike. It would be great to see more events and festivals work with Tonic or similar charities to help protect everyone's mental health Check out their website on this link https://www.tonicmusic.co.uk/

I have presented this longer version to express as many perspectives on music and mental health as possible in a fairly short space of time.
