2 heads of celery, washed
2 limes, peeled
1 one-inch pice of fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
3 apples (optional)

Run the produce through a juicer. Alternatively, place the produce in a blender, add a cup of water, blend, and strain.

Enjoy your fresh vegetable juice right away. Or, store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
