Reedham Ferry Camp Site And Day Trips

Hi everyone

Today’s video is a bit different to my usual ones, as I’ve been camping and had a couple of day trips into Suffolk.
On Tuesday when my friend and I arrived at Reedham Ferry camp site, it was pouring with rain. We set up , unpacked and then went off for a drive around the local area.
Reedham Riverside and the Marina,
Limpenhoe,
Buckenham station and Marshes,
Cantley,
Acle,
Then back to the camp site before going out for tea to The White Horse at Upton.

Wednesday
We set off to Shotley to look at the container ships in The Port of Felixstowe. Then had a look at some spectacular boats in Shotley Marina, before having lunch in the Shipwreck pub.
Then on to Pin Mill which is the most beautiful setting you could wish to find.

Thursday
We went to Beccles to ride on the Big Dog Ferry. The start of the trip was at the Beccles Lido, where we then travelled along the River Waveney to Geldeston Locks. A quick drink of Diet Coke from the pub , before heading back to the Lido.
We had lunch in the Deli In Beccles and our evening meal was at the Stokesby Ferry beside the river.

Friday

Sadly time to pack up and head back home.
I’m shattered 😂. Too much fresh air isn’t good 😂
