My driveway is becoming a weeds and algae jungle- 5 easy steps DIY repair (2 of 4)
1. Step 1 - use metal wire brush to clean the weeds and algae.
2. Step 2 - use leaf blower to blow clean the driveway.
3. Step 3 - use Latex-ite Trowel Patch to fill the spider cracks and small holes (this is important must have no rain for 24 hours after applying).
4. Step 4 - use Sakarete 60 pounds or Road Rescue blacktop asphalt to fill the large holes (do not do step 5 until at least 6 months later).
5. Step 5 - use Locxite filler to seal coat the driveway except new asphalt area after 24 hours of step 4.
6. Step 6 - use yellow Caution tape and used buckets (load water) to fence the driveway from mailman, kids from stepping over the newly coated driveway.
