Ever wonder how you make white uPVC window frame look like wood or any other colour? At Plustec we invested in a profile laminating machine from Austria to custom colour our Australian made profiles right here in Australia! So we can offer a huge range of different colours, and even laminate the inside and outside in different colours! It costs a little more to do this here but we don’t have to wait up to 6 months to import them!!
We have in stock 12 different laminates and can bring in custom colours very quickly. So we can make your windows Ash black outside and wood look inside or any other combination. We even have a white, red or Anthracite wood grain laminate that makes the windows look just like painted wood windows!
We only use laminates rated for Australian conditions and the best ones are Renolit FX foils which are suited for our climate. They are also an anti graffiti laminate so cleaning them is easy with soap and water.
Here is a short video showing our machine in action at the important point, where hot melt PU glue specially designed for window profiles is applied to the laminate, just after the priming and heating process, and applied to the profile.
