Mach3 Red (RnRMotion) and other motion controllers have Handwheel ports , these pins can be used for jogging bottons as well. or you can use any input terminal for jogging too.
Here is a full config for axis jogging, Also you can combine jogging with OEM Trigger input to use them together (See previous videos in my channel)

In this video I am using "Start" and "pause" trigger along with jogging.
