A v-pleat fold with multiple gutters. First time I folded this l was looking at Paul Jackson's book, Complete Pleats. page 210.

Jackson shows a template. At first I tried too hard to make it work without really understanding what was going on. This video was made after I figured out a few good ways of seeing and working the folds.
