The Vienna Institute for Global Studies (VIGS), together with the American University of Health Sciences and Modul University Vienna, hosted the 10th jubilee edition of SEMART 2025 at weXelerate in Vienna.

SEMART (Stress Education, Management, and Resilience Training) marked its milestone year with a strong focus on science-based strategies for coping with stress, building resilience, and applying practical tools for mental well-being in everyday life and professional environments.
