4) Fact of the case.

On 16.12.2024, at about 14:00 hours, P. Naveen, Sub-Inspector of Police, Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad present at the police station, he received credible information through an informant that persons from Atmakur Village were transporting prohibited Ganja (flowering tops with fruiting buds) in a White Baleno car (TR No. TG 07 ETR 3341), escorted by a KTM Bike (Reg No. TS 09 GE 5325). They were traveling via Gaddiannaram X Road, Malakpet, Hyderabad, towards Dhoolpet to sell the contraband at higher prices to customers. He along with his team, clues team and Mediators intercept the vehicle and apprehended the above accused persons and seized the above property from their possession.
