Today, we take a look at the Sanyo VTC M20.

Dating back to 1984, the VTC M20 Betacord, was a higher spec entry level Betamax VCR. You did not get any trick functions, slow motion, etc, but....you did get colour FF and RW search, colour pause and a 14 day, 8 event timer. More than enough for the average consumer, all of this and a useful Infra Red remote control.

My unit came complete with the remote and a stack of cassettes. I has been unused for a little while, so I treated it to, what turned into, a full service and clean up.

End results? typical colour rich Betamax PAL playback and a much cleaner, happier machine.
