Diese Woche verbringen wir in Transnistrien, ein Land, das nicht existiert. Das dachten wir, aber, das Land hat doch harte Aussengrenzen und eine eigene Einreisepolitik. Wir waren dann auch überrascht, als wir mitten in Moldavien mit unserem Camper stoppen mussten, und all unsere Dokumente zeigen müssten. Der Camper wurde sogar gut kontrolliert, bevor er Transnistrien reindürfte. Transnistrien hat eine eigene Währung, und man kann nirgendwo mit Karte zahlen oder Geld abheben, und wir hatten kein Bargeld mehr. Grosse Überraschung, da standen wir ohne Geld mit 4 Kindern in Transnistrien.

Die Hauptstadt von Transnistrien ist Tiraspol, eine Sovjetische Stadt mit einem grossen Park. Geniest mit von den Drone Bildern aus Tiraspol! Gleich neben Tiraspol liegt auch das Schloss von Bender, das auch absolut lohnenswert ist!

We spent a week in a country that doesn’t exist - in Transnistria. We thought that this country doesn’t exist, but it actually really does. Transnistria has hard external borders and its own immigration policy. We were surprised when we had to stop with our camper in the middle of Moldova and had to show all of our documents. The camper was even carefully checked before he was allowed to enter Transnistria. Transnistria has its own currency and there is nowhere to pay by card or withdraw money and we were out of cash. Big surprise, we were standing in Transnistria with 4 children without money.

The capital of Transnistria is Tiraspol, a Soviet city with a large park. Enjoy the drone pictures from Tiraspol! Right next to Tiraspol is the Bender Castle, which is also absolutely worthwhile!
