Ascension into Aesthetics was an idea I’ve had for a long time and now it’s become a reality. This series will bring a call back to the old school aesthetics era (2016-2018) which is what I was watching when I started lifting. The throw back classic hardstyle songs and workout edits is always something I’ve been fond of watching and now it’s something I’ve come to create. Each Ascension into Aesthetics video will showcase a full workout with all the exercises performed in the description. I have 2 full 6 day programs I’ve created and I will be showing each day from the program in these videos, I will aim to post these every other week. Each workout will be a new episode and it allows you to see my form, my intensity and how I execute each exercise. This series is also being filmed as I get closer to competing.
