Ford Fiesta ST Tuning Stages Demystified - Driving a STealthwerx Stage 3 Mk7 ST (330bhp!)

The little Mk7 Fiesta is a very impressive car. Fun to drive, cheap to run and very tuneable, it has become the darling of the young car enthusiast. As a cranky old man, I'm always confused by the many different "Stages" of tune available for these cars, and I'm never convinced that 300+ bhp from a 1.6 can be that drivable.
