Since 2006 I've been choosing one word each year to guide me throughout the year. Today I wanted to share a look at all my past One Little Word® albums from the time I started offering my year-long One Little Word® workshop (2011 through 2017).

There are many different ways that people live and work their words into their lives. As a memory keeper and someone who thrives on reflection and documentation, creating these albums each year is the number one way I experience life with my word. Each month I return to my album and work through a simple creative prompt that helps bring me back to my word and my initial January intentions.
