Cassandra Ong, muling na-cite in-contempt

Tinawag ni Atty. Ferdinand Topacio na "abuse of contempt power" ang panibagong contempt order ng House quad committee laban sa kliyente niyang si Cassandra Ong.
Ayon kay Topacio, may karapatan si Ong na manahimik base sa Konstitusyon.
Dapat din umanong mabigyan ng due process ang mga witness sa hearing at makapagpaliwanag kung bakit hindi sila dapat i-contempt.
Sa pagdinig ng House quad committee noong September 19, muling na-cite in contempt si Ong matapos hindi sumagot sa mga tanong at pagsisinungaling umano sa mga mambabatas.
Ililipat si Ong sa kustodiya ng Correctional Institute for Women sa susunod na linggo.
