Practicing presence is one of the foundational habits of a joyful life
But, being present is not something we can schedule or habit stack, like meditation, so making it a habit is different.
Being present is a practice, a moment-to-moment choice we can make, and when we choose to practice presence over and over again.
By bringing our awareness to moments of non-conscious thinking and detaching ourselves from conditioned thought patterns, being present can become a habit, something we automatically do.
So, in this five-part series, I am going to show you how to do just that.
