Phoenix Arizona Housing Bubble in 2020?

People searching for homes to buy in Phoenix are concerned about a looming housing bubble for Arizona. But the fact that we have not yet reached 2006 levels for median home price in Phoenix on top of the fact that there was an inflation of money supply from two stimulus packages, this should indicate that we have not quite got to a point of a housing market bubble as of 2019 or 2020 for Phoenix and or Tucson.
