FPS without FG OFF is about 40 FPS.

It is much smoother and less stutter with FG ON in this game.

This is played with 20 year old Philips Full HD TV which has input lag of over 200 milliseconds. That is why the aim looks like its way off. When combined with the forced mouse smoothing of Stalker 2, it is extremely challenging to aim properly.
