Group Message by United Nations Messengers of Peace (Michael Douglas, Stevie Wonder and Charlize Theron) and the United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon [In English with Japanese subtitles]

Several UN Messengers of Peace and the UN Secretary-General have recorded public service announcements (PSAs) in which they express their solidarity for the people of Japan in the wake of the disaster. The theme of the PSAs is "We are standing by your side".

On 11 March 2011 a massive earthquake and subsequent tsunami strucked Japan, killing more than 10,000 people and destroying towns, villages and large swathes of infrastructure.

Please help spread these messages by sharing them with family or friends in Japan.
