to test the glow plugs from the harness back to the glow plugs on your 2004 and up Powerstroke diesel 6.0 you need a good multimeter. You can remove the plugs from the glow plug module and measure the resistance to the glow plugs. This is important to have both negative cables removed for this test. Once you verified that the resistance is in spec but have one out to lunch you need to investigate further. Most times when removing the glow plug harness it will break. As you seen in the video glow plug number 5 is no good.
