Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make the Sunday layered cocktail. This cocktail is a combination of the Paradise Cocktail and an AMF. SUNDAY

.5 oz/15 ml White Rum
.5 oz/15 ml Vodka
.5 oz/15 ml Dry Gin
.5 oz/15 ml Brandy
.5 oz/15 ml Whiskey
.75 oz/22.5 ml Blue Curacao
2 oz/60 ml Pineapple Juice
2 oz/60 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Grenadine

Method

1. Add the first six ingredients to a mixing glass.
2. Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
3. Add the remaining ingredients in the order that they are listed in.
4. Add some ice to the mixing glass and stir for 10 seconds.
5. Using a julep strainer pour the Alcohol mixture on top slowly to keep the layer in place.
