Getting Pleinair was a tad bit...annoying,for me atleast. The question is,is she worth the 5.99 with the Pirate Tournament included? Personally,I don't think so,and I will explain why in a bit.
But if you're up for a challenge and are Reaaallllyyy desperate to have her in your party,then by all means Knock yourself out--I mean go for it.

Here are the conditions for those who are wondering on how to get her. You must win 10 battles in a Row in the Pirate Tournament OR get atleast 5000 CP in those consecutive rounds. By the time you reach your 5th battle,you should start getting up to 5000 CP.

The way to win the Pirate Tournament is to rely on stragedy,but if you're stumped you can check out the GameFAQs forum for some stragedies on how to get more CP and Pleinair.

Overall,seeing Fenrich look silly is priceless.
