A New Taycan-Beater? | 2023 Kia EV6 GT First Drive

The 2023 Kia EV6 GT (not to be confused with the 320-horsepower GT-Line) is the latest vehicle to join the exclusive club of cars that get to 60 mph in less than 3.5 seconds. That's right, a Kia can keep up with the likes of the fastest electric AND gas vehicles today. Bonus points for the fact that it can stay consistently fast along a wider range of battery charge levels than all other electric competitors. Demerits? Range and interior comfort take a good bit of a hit. Do these pros outweigh the cons? Here are my initial thoughts from my first drive.
