Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria is an intrinsic, intravascular, acquired hemolytic anemia.
Complications of paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH): iron deficiency anemia (IDA), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and thromboses (the most common cause of death).
