Ingredients For Gizidodo
Beef chunks
1 large bunch of ripe plantains
1 onion bulb
5 garlic cloves
5 fresh peppers
8-10 pcs fresh tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 knorr seasonong cubes
1/2 tbs curry powder
1/2 tbs thyme
1/2 tbs paprika powder
A drizzle of cooking oil
Salt to taste

Vegetables I used
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced zuchinni
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
