Former White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney says Donald Trump’s Vice-President is “going to be Ben Carson”.

The Associated Press is reporting Donald Trump’s Vice-Presidential candidates include Doug Burgum, Marco Rubio, J.D. Vance, Tim Scott, Elise Stefanik and Ben Carson.

“We don’t really have betting markets on this in the United State," Mr Mulvaney told Sky News Australia.

“If they have them in Australia, I’m giving you the winner right now – I’m telling you it’s going to be Ben Carson.

“The one element I think Ben Carson has that none of the other six people on the list have is I don’t think Ben Carson wants to be president; I don’t think he wants to run for president.”
