Cricut Maker, can it Cut Smart Material? Is there a difference with the Maker 3 and Maker cuts?

I have (at my own risk) used my Cricut Maker to cut Smart Material. In this video I do a side by side cut of Cricut Smart Cardstock Sticker Paper with both my Cricut Maker and Cricut Maker 3 machines. I use Cricut Cardstock Sticker Paper to create two layered bows to use on gift boxes.
