"I think my calorie intake right now is probably about 2,400 calories. I don't think it is quite as high as is the 2,800 you suggested but it has been that high before. I did a testosterone experiment which was really interesting because I was doing the omad diet at the time and I did that for two months. Dr. Paul Saladino ordered labs and my testosterone was at 315 and I was like well that's not good. That's pretty much at the bottom of the range? As a 35-year-old you want to be more like 600 or 700. So I was like screw this Nomad. I don't want to do one meal a day anymore because I can't get enough calories." - Kurt Yazici
