Crazy how this was written in 2017, way before I ever even knew about meditation or anything.
I was just playing Overwatch in middle school with my old friends lol

Another interesting topic is "Muraqabah" which is basically just sitting and reflecting on Allah swt's 99 names / attributes. It's a good way to contemplate Allah.
