Most of us have seen Candice's body and thought 'wow!' She looks amazing but works hard for it. She focuses on moves that will elongate her limbs and lengthen her muscles to keep that supermodel look so that is exactly what I've picked for this video. Out of all the exercises she does, these are some of my favourites where I can really feel it working and know it's going to give me the look I want.
