Having clocked in at 4.34 second in the 40 at ASU's Pro Day. He is able to run a nice vertical route. Ross also brings value as a return specialist, able to make one cut and turn on the jets. There are big expectations for Rashad coming off a highly productive stint for the Arizona Hot Shots, where he led the AAF in receiving touchdowns and finished top 3 in every other major receiving category. The sky is the limit for this speedster!

You can't talk about Los Angeles X-Factors without mentioning Shawn Oakman. It's been a while since we've seen Oakman on a big stage, but if he can rekindle his 2014 season at Baylor where he recorded 19.5 tackles for loss and 11 sacks, he will be the steal of the draft for LA who selected him in the 5th phase.
