Описание к видео Whole Chicken on Weber Smokey Mountain | How to use less fuel on 22" WSM | SJ COOKS

Let's cook a whole chicken on the 22" Weber Smokey Mountain. I'll be providing a super tip on how to partition your charcoal ring so you use less fuel on the 22" WSM. This tip is great for short cooks like whole chickens but you'll also find it useful for low and slow cooks like ribs.

In this video I'll explain how to partition your grill for short cooks and show you that although the 22" WSM can be a fuel hog....it doesn't have to be! For the cook I'll be cooking a whole chicken, using a cast iron pan to collect drippings.

► INGREDIENTS
Whole Chicken
all purpose seasoning (or Salt/Pepper/Garlic Mix; 2:2:1 ratio)
For Pan, add onion, peppers, garlic, carrots...whatever vegetable you have basically.
