People usually only see the performance on fight night but physically the fight starts with the trainingcamp itself. Mentally I’m always ready but how do I get my body ready for war?

I want to give you all some insight how I reached this level of kickboxing, how I prepared myself for the fight, some of the challenges I faced going into fightcamp, how I prepare myself in the locker room on fightnight, my mindset and some thinkpieces on the fight itself.
