Primary cutaneous cribriform carcinoma McKee

Описание к видео Primary cutaneous cribriform carcinoma McKee

Primary cutaneous apocrine cribriform carcinoma is exceedingly rare. It most often affects females particularly arising on the limbs. The diagnostic feature is the presence of a delicate cribriform or lace like appearance. It can be distinguished from mammary equivalent tumors by the absence of GATA3 expression. In contrast to adenoid cystic carcinoma with which it can be confused is the complete lack of a myoepithelial cell layer. This is a low grade tumor with no evidence of frankly malignant behavior recorded as yet.
