Introduction to Structural Bioinformatics & Drug Discovery Lecture taught by Asst. Prof. Duangrudee Tanramluk at Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University. I outlined the concepts of Ligand-based versus Structure-based drug design concepts with some introduction on protein structure visualization. Several approaches of structure based drug design were introduced.

Acknowledgement: I presented some case studies on HIV drug design from a Science of HIV video clip from Janet Iwaza, Disco Docking from CompChemist Youtuber with music composed by Nina Simone, and Fragment-based drug discovery concepts from Professor Sir Tom Blundell's lecture.
