The following video explains how to obtain the miracle Bountiful Sunlight in Dark Souls III.
In order to obtain this miracle you need to follow Leonhard's Quest.
If you follow his quest you will be able to kill Leonhard at Anor Londo near Aldrich's arena. He will drop the Soul of Rosaria. He has her soul as Leonhard killed her and by killing him we will recover Rosaria's Soul.
Transpose this Soul with Ludleth in order to obtain the Bountiful Sunlight.
You will not obtain the Soul of Rosaria if you kill Rosaria in the Cathedral of the Deep. Also, there is no use in giving it back to Rosaria.
