The Ooni Koda 16 is a fantastic Pizza oven, and one of my favourites to cook on for many reasons. Why i hear you ask? Well in this video I explain how to set up your Ooni Pizza Oven, and some tips on what too expect and a real time pizza cook on this awesome gas fired pizza oven!

PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE - used in this video (Bakers Percentages)
100% - Caputo Nuvola Pizza Flour
68% - Warm Water
2.6% - Fine Sea Salt
0.3% - Active Dried Yeast

METHOD
Mix yeast & water,
Mix Flour & salt
Combine ingredients in bowl until it forms a large ball.
Bulk Ferment for 2 hours at RoomTemp.
Divide & shape into dough balls
Second fermentation - 24/48 hours Cold Temp.
Bring up to room temp before stretching & cooking.
