Many do not know that within the city center of Kuala Lumpur, there is a beautiful public park right in front of the Twin Towers. It's also a location filled in office buildings in abundance. Quadro Residences is located within. It is literally right in front of Traders Hotel and Exxon Mobil office, walking distance to LRT and MRT, walking distance to the park and it's just perfect if you love city life.

However, this building has been around for 10 years therefore we can see some maintenance defect and weird approach within the building. For eg would be the lack of inclusivity elements for people with mobility issues, the afterthought of using the squash court as a gym for residents, the rental of the rooftop facilities to the public, basement carpark that is stuffy and tough to navigate around.

But when it comes to the unit, it's just amazing. From the private lobby to the kitchen, then to the principal bedroom, everything is just awesome. The only element I would fix would be the air-cond compressor room that might be too loud at times, also the weird green perspex material within the bathrooms.

So would you pay RM 1.6 million to live here? Or would you prefer a landed terrace house instead??
