New JL Wrangler Ram Assist Steering Install. On this video we install our new ram assist steering setup for my 2018 JL Wrangler. We picked up a new steering box and ram kit from West Texas Off-road aka Redneck Ram. This kit includes a brand new steel steering box from Mopar that is drilled and ported for the hydro assist lines, as well as the new hydraulic ram and hydro lines needed to install this on the Jeep. I'm excited about installing this on our Jeep and can't wait to get it on the rocks! The install of the JL ram assist went well and we didn't have any issues getting it all in and the steering system bleed.
