This video is about installing and connecting the Motor Guide Xi5 trolling motor to our Simrad GO9 XSE. Using the gateway cable and a NMEA 2000 starter kit to pair the device. It should be the exact same setup for Lowrance devices. It's pretty simple but there is a correct and incorrect way to connect your cables and how you power everything up. I hope this help those dealing with connectivity issues or those thinking about tackling this project.
